Next Pitch Agency

About

Your next pitch starts with the right guidance.

Next Pitch Agency supports players from Japan who want to compete and earn a degree through U.S. college soccer — and academies when that is the smarter next chapter.

Mission

Connecting Japan to U.S. college soccer.

Talent is not the bottleneck. Clarity is. Divisions, recruiting calendars, scholarships, English requirements, and family decisions can feel opaque from the outside.

We turn that system into a practical pathway: evaluate the player honestly, match the right university level, support recruiting communication, and prepare for the move — without promising what no agency can guarantee.

Soccer + Education + Environment + Future. That formula keeps every recommendation grounded.

Founder

Conrad Ryu Eriksson

I am Conrad Ryu Eriksson — a former NCAA Division I soccer athlete from Japan. I know what it means to leave home, compete in the American system, and balance a real degree with a real season.

That firsthand path is the foundation of Next Pitch Agency. I work with players and parents who want straight answers: which level fits now, how coaches evaluate film and emails, what scholarships usually look like, and how to move step by step from interest to admission to life on campus.

If you are ready to explore U.S. college soccer seriously, the next conversation should feel clear — not overwhelming.

How we work

What families can expect

  • Honest fit

We start with ability, academics, and goals — not Division I-or-nothing pressure.

  • Lived experience

Guidance shaped by a real Division I student-athlete journey from Japan to the United States.

  • Family clarity

We explain process, cost realities, and next steps in language parents can decide with.

  • Long-term view

The degree matters. So does development. We plan for both.
